Parking Guide

The Greater Akron Chamber is located on the street level of the AES building at:

388 S. Main St., Akron, Ohio 44311.

Parking Options:

  • 1 Free visitor parking is available in our dedicated lot next to our building and behind the AES building.
  • 2 Metered parking is available in front of the building on S. Main Street.

ENTRANCES:

  • Orange Entrance

    GAC Office Entrance

  • Blue Entrance

    AES Front Entrance

  • Green Entrance

    AES Back Entrance
    (accessible entrance)

ENTERING FROM GAC PARKING LOT:

  • 1. Park in the dedicated lot and walk towards Main Street where you will see a sign that says “Greater Akron Chamber Entrance Only”.
  • 2. Take the walkway between the hedge and the building, to where you will see a set of stairs and a green door.
  • 3. Ring the bell to gain entrance. A staff member will open the door electronically for you.

ENTERING FROM AES PARKING LOT:

  • 1. If you have mobility issues and need access to an elevator, park in the back of the AES building in “guest parking” under the skywalk.
  • 2. Enter through the main atrium and take the elevator to the second floor.
  • 3. Take a right past the guard desk.
  • 4. Continue past the café to find the lobby. The Greater Akron Chamber entrance is located across from the SummaCare office.
  • 5. Ring the bell to gain entrance. A staff member will open the door electronically for you.
