Rachel Kurtyka serves as Coordinator, Database Administration at the Greater Akron Chamber, where she plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of member data. In this position, she manages member profiles and organizational databases, conducts data audits, and generates reports that support informed decision-making and day-to-day operations. Through strong collaboration, a solutions-focused mindset, and keen attention to detail, she ensures data quality and empowers colleagues with the information they need to better serve members. 

Rachel values the Chamber’s work to support the local business community, foster economic growth, and build strong community connections. 

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys gardening, baking, attending Cleveland Guardians games, and spending time outdoors walking her dogs. She lives in North Royalton with her husband and their three children.
