Greater Akron—The Greater Akron Chamber has announced that S. Theresa Carter, President of OMNOVA Solutions Foundation, will be the fifteenth recipient of the H. Peter Burg Economic Development Leadership Award.  Carter will be honored on Thursday, March 21, 2019, at the Greater Akron Chamber’s 112th Annual Meeting to be held at the John S.
